Order Processing

  • We process orders within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
  • If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at  [email protected]     
  • We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
  • Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.

Shipping Processing

Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed for shipping, we make every 

Local Pick-up 

  • In-store pickup is available. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
  • If you prefer to arrange pickup via courier, please call or email us to make arrangements.

Metro Manila

  • Free delivery on orders over Php 5,000.00  within our Metro Manila delivery Zone.  
  • Orders placed by 2pm will be delivered the same day.
  • Deliveries occur between 3pm to 6pm depending on traffic situation
  • Standard courier charges will be applied to orders under Php 5,000.00    within delivery zone

Outside Delivery Zone

  • Orders placed by customers located outside of delivery zone will be scheduled.
  • Standard toll & courier charges will be applied
NOTE: We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.
