Return and Exchange Policies
We want you to be happy with your purchase! We understand that there are risks and uncertainties involved in online shopping, so we will gladly accept refunds or exchanges on all of our products.
We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

All we ask is that returned items must be unused, undamaged, and returned with its original packaging.
Shipping costs are refundable only if we made a mistake or there is a defect with the product. Otherwise you are responsible for return shipping costs.
Steps:
- You may use any shipping method you like as long as a tracking number can be provided.
- Carefully package the items in the original shipping box or any suitable shipping carton.
- Make sure you include your order number so that we know who it’s from!
- Returns are accepted any time after purchase as long as the product is unused, undamaged, and returned with its original packaging.
